Hi Everyone... I've been dissolving my capsules in liquid for about eight months. It helps if you use a STRAW. I pour about half a cup of liquid -- whatever juice is handy -- into a glass. Then I open the capsules, dump the contents in, swish it around with the straw, and drink it. Then I put a little water into the glass, swish it around to make sure I got any residue, and drink that too. Using the straw, you don't have to worry if it's completely dissolved, because even if the powder clumps and goes to the bottom, you can get it with the straw. Easy. You can rinse out the straws and use them more than once... Hope this helps, Maureen
