No, not related at all. Cumin is a common

spice used in much Mexican/central American cooking. It’s common

medicinal value is to relieve gas and stomach bloating.

Is that the same as curicumin/tumeric? I have

two bottles of cumin

herb at my house and just wondered if putting some

cumin in something

to drink would be the same and how much of it?

Hi Rhonda, they are different, try to find the powder form, or

capsuls you can break open of the tumeric/curicumin and sprinkel one

to two capsuls on it.

Also, cumin is very good for you. It was featured on MSNBC a while

back about how it is and has been studied for people with Altimers

(sp?), anyway it helps to prevent it and has been shown in studies

to actually reverse the disease. My mom takes it daily, puts it in

a vegie cap, and down the hatch!

Sincerely,

Betty
