Guest guest Posted August 5, 2012 Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 Awesome Tammy,that you haven't gained any weight back..I got up to 194, but am 175 1/2 right now, my lowest was 169 for 30 seconds..I feel more comfortable in size 18 than 16,but on top I can wear a 14, go figure, I haven't see Dr.K since my colon suregery,a year ago last sept.
