Hello everybody,

I have not been here for a while, Internet problems.

I am also thinking of prescribing 50 mg Naltrexone tablets, one reason what you all are saying that those tablets seems to be more potent, and another reason is that that way I can easier play with the dosage.

As I have MS 25 years I find 4.5 mg is not doing much for me,but when I take 6 mg I feel better.

I live in Trinidad, West Indies and I have to ask my doctor here to prescribe it here and then I have to send it to Canada to my daughter who usually manage to get it for me.

What should be on the prescription?

Should NOT SLOW RELEASE be on the prescription?

thank you

If you are going to get the 50mg tablets & mix yourself then you don't have to

worry about the release. Only in capsule form does it have to be specified fast

release. Homemade Liquid LDN automatically releases fast.

With my insurance the generic I pay $10 copay for 30 pills, and Revia

is $35 copay. The generic is the same ingredients as Revia. Also,

make sure your doc writes take One nightly to get 30 pills and you

both will know how you are taking it.
