Waiver's are not to hard to get in most states(and TX just changed their law on this recently) but,the waiver rules vary from state to state with MS and W.VA the only two who will only accept medical waivers and they must be tied to a reaction that occured with each shot that is attempting to be waivered. (translation, not many issued) If you don't have either or (or blood titers showing immunity for some of them)...you can't register the child at school (or received medicaid in most state) and are forced to homeschool. The children damaged by vaccines are the very ones who need the special services offered through the schools.
