Hi- I've been taking LDN for two weeks now, and here's my experience:

1)After my first dose, I woke up free from the spinal arthritis pain that has plagued me for the past seven years. I have arthritis as an extra-intestinal complication of Chron's. After the first week, the pain slowly started to come back- being able to engage in usually difficult activities without pain was so novel I think I've been over-doing it.

2)Dry, gritty feeling in my eyes.

3)I'm on birth control pills, but I started menstuating a week early- at the start of the last week of my active pills. I know I have uterine fibroids and my gyno has been monitoring an ovarian cyst.

I dissolved my capsule in water last night before taking it, after reading about thaton this list, and I'm feeling a bit better today. I will also try extra Vit Afor the eyes.
