I work 12-8AM and even when I'm not working, I take my LDN at or around 0100 EVERY DAY. OOPS! Look at what time it is! One sec. Ok... just took my 828th night's dose

Along these lines I have a Q for the group. My wife, , and I are likely relocating soon. My job is via the internet and will go with me. Her employment status is unknown as yet. She has qualifications that will probably get her a day time job, but she is considering 3rd shift jobs if a suitable one comes along. Does anyone have experience and/or thoughts about when to take LDN when one's sleep is normally during daylight hours? Thanks for any replies.
