Guest guest
I work 12-8AM and even when I'm not working, I take my LDN at or around 0100 EVERY DAY. OOPS! Look at what time it is! One sec. Ok... just took my 828th night's dose Best of luck to ya Re: [low dose naltrexone] Doses during the day/afternoon etc.. I do not think is beneficial at all. Along these lines I have a Q for the group. My wife, , and I are likely relocating soon. My job is via the internet and will go with me. Her employment status is unknown as yet. She has qualifications that will probably get her a day time job, but she is considering 3rd shift jobs if a suitable one comes along. Does anyone have experience and/or thoughts about when to take LDN when one's sleep is normally during daylight hours? Thanks for any replies.
