My Dad, age 87, has had Lewy Body disease for more than 4 years. I think the end may be near, but you never know. Is under the wonderful care of Hospice. Dad has pain all the time, but as with LBD he is very sensitive to pain medication, etc. He was just switched off of Trilisate, because my Dad still had a lot of body pain. He stated on Neurotin yesterday morning, but he is really wiped out as a result of this medication. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what pain med works well with LBD?
