IDEA, SECTION 504 AND ADA - What You Need to Know!

Presenters:

TOPAA President - Finch, Attorney at Law

And A Panel of Other Texas Attorneys, Advocates and Parents

and Special Guest

Sandee Winkelman of Parma, Ohio

Please join us from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for an informative presentation on

IDEA,

Section 504 and ADA by the TOPAA Board of Directors and other TOPAA members.

Lunch will be provided from 12:00 to 12:30.

After lunch, there will be a TOPAA Regional Membership Meeting to provide

our guests

with information on the mission and vision of TOPAA and the benefits of

membership and joining.

The meeting is open to parents & legal guardians of children with

disabilities, especially those who are being educated under IDEA

& Section 504, as well as attorneys and advocates who represent them.

RSVP is required and must be sent no later than January 5, 2008!

HURRY - This meeting will be limited to the first 50 individuals registered

due to

room size restrictions and to assure enough handouts and food for the

luncheon!

or if you will also be staying for lunch and the general membership meeting
