Guest guest Posted April 25, 2012 Report Share Posted April 25, 2012 I also want to add that I take magnesium oxide at least 400 mg. a day to help with constipation, and I take magnesium glycinate too mostly to go in combination with the calcium citrate, and I eat prunes regularly and still i usually have issues with constipation. Since being off the calcium citrate till today (didn't have lab work till today after all as I had to drop off the slip yesterday and they had to work up all the codes, etc), it is like all those things I take for constipation .....FINALLY STARTED WORKING.
