Guest guest
Thanks everyone so much for all the wonderful advise and ideas. Ghyll, thanks for those great recipes. I just adore fish, and I just love mashed taties, so the fish one will be a definate this coming Friday. Craig works for Foxsports just near the fish markets, so I get fresh barra every Friday. You have all been so helpful. But... I hate to tell you all, no matter how it is placed on the plate, it will still be pureed mush and I cannot even imagine what meat must look like pureed next to pureed veges. It isn't for me. The veges yes, the meat, no. I will be a vege eater for the next few weeks I think. I was watching tele late last night. A show about AJ Rochester I think her name is and her weight loss journey. An interesting show, but more interesting was a recipe for english spinach and ricotta cheese. Steam the spinach with fresh garlic until soft... we would have to then give it a whizz. Break fresh ricotta over the top of the spinach and stir in. place in a baking dish and bake for 20 mins until brown. Sounds delicious and I will give that a go as well.
