You do not have to go to bed when you take your LDN dose. You may find that within 6 months use of LDN your sleep problems are resolved. I have MS and suffered severe insomnia for years. Now after being on 4.5mg LDN for 2 years I sometimes struggle to stay awake till 10pm. I always feel rested on LDN. Most people with CFS have to use the full strength LDN dose of 4.5mg to get results but go ahead and start with the 3.0mg and try to build up to 4.5mg. Best of luck.
