Carper, " Srop Aging Now! " The body has a need

for vitamins/minerals past age 18. The need for

Vitamin A exhibits itself as " Dry Eyes " ---At 70, I

take 800 mg daily. My dry eyes are cured. Shirley

Hi, good for you Shirley, did not know that vitamin A works for dry eyes,

thank you for the info.

I am on day 15 of ldn, and have not experienced dry eyes, but have seen the

post.

Eye drops did not work for me when I experienced dry eyes a couple of years

back and then I read about flaxseed oil helping with this problem. I

ordered 1,000 mg from Swanson and found it does work, at least for me. Take

care, Yolanda
