Guest guest
The insomia is normal and should subside within a couple weeks. I would think since your feet were jumpy before that the legs is just part of it and not a new symptom. You can try taking something to help you sleep. There is melatonin and valerian that may help. Some people take benedryl to sleep which is the ingredient is some over the counter sleep aids. Myself, I'm a wine drinker and I'm sure that is the only way I sleep esp. after starting the liquid method of LDN which has made me the energizer bunny! ()() ( ) ( o) Also, I have found out with me that taking the LDN at 9pm is the best b/c if I take much later than 9:30pm, I toss and turn and do not sleep and sweat. What time are you taking your LDN? Try taking at 9pm everynight. I've told other people this and they found it worked better for them.
