The insomia is normal and should subside within a couple weeks. I

would think since your feet were jumpy before that the legs is just

part of it and not a new symptom. You can try taking something to help

you sleep. There is melatonin and valerian that may help. Some

people take benedryl to sleep which is the ingredient is some over the

counter sleep aids. Myself, I'm a wine drinker and I'm sure that is

the only way I sleep esp. after starting the liquid method of LDN

which has made me the energizer bunny! ()()

Also, I have found out with me that taking the LDN at 9pm is the best

b/c if I take much later than 9:30pm, I toss and turn and do not sleep

and sweat. What time are you taking your LDN? Try taking at 9pm

everynight. I've told other people this and they found it worked

better for them.

Dear Group,I'm glad you're here. I've had MS for abt 20 yrs, now classed as "progresive." Started LDN six days ago -- first four days, didn'tfeel anything different. Last two nights, I've had severe insomnia, couldn't get to sleep until 5 AM. Also, my jumpy legs were worse than they have ever been, It used to just be my feet that went intospasm -- these nights it's been the whole legs.Is this an LDN effect? Will it likely go away by itself? Is thereanything I can do about it?TIA for any help you can give. Sperodsperorn@...
