Guest guest
I was wondering where i can get 300 yard test norms for kids age 13- 19 years old. What is the earliest age you would perform this test on a kid in soccer? Tollison Salt Lake City USA
Guest guest
Hi, I am not sure of norms, but you could find your own norms for the kids you train. Take the fastest 25 yard time multiply that by 12 and add 1-2 seconds for each of the 11 turns made and it should give you a pretty accurate range. Obviously this could be done with 50 yd shuttle times 100 etc. I like to use the 25 without a turn so I have more information, is it his / her acceleration that is week or deceleration and turn ability. This is assuming faster times are of interest. Hope this helps.
