Guest guest
I didn't notice a difference until I changed supplements.... I know I went from 28, to 25 days then to 23 or 24. I was so happy to hit 25 and this month 26 days.... I just started breaking my capsules open - so maybe this month will be even better.... [low dose naltrexone] Another thing I noticed on liquid LDN(for the women) Hormones I took years back messed up my cycle where periods come every 21 days which I HATE. This time it came on the 25th day and I was hoping to make it to 28 days like normal. I wonder if the liquid LDN had anything to do with that and will see what happens next time. I would love it if it would go back to 28 days but 25 is better than every 3 weeks!! Seems to have been lighter also and shorter. Any other females notice anything different with monthly periods? I also have endometriosis and the LDN should help with the inflammation there also. Rhonda

Since starting LDN 2 yrs ago I am many times having my menses cycle for 30 days straight, not heavy but enough to have to wear protection for 30 days. Then I may have a 5 to 7 day cycle then be stopped totally for a week and then start a new cycle the next week. Everything with the Gyno checks out fine, even the hormone levels are balanced. This is the only thing about LDN I haven't liked. I'm thinking of starting the Depo Provera shots again to halt my cycle.
Guest guest
Gosh, I'm glad that isn't happening to me. I wouldn't be able to stand that. I don't see how LDN would cause you to bleed that long being it's just making endorphins. I hope mine stays short, less bleeding and at least 25 days or maybe make it to 28 days. Stress can make mine come in 17 days which I haven't had happen too often. Rhonda > LDN has caused my menses cycle to be out of control. Guest guest
LDn may be acting as an anticoagulant which have proven helpful in most of the diseases related (CFS/FM, MS etc..) CFS patients demostrate marked hypercoagulated due to the immune system trying to trap pathogens. One wonders if LDN is working as an anticoagulant also. > Gosh, I'm glad that isn't happening to me.
