yesterday a report

I probably could not do a 13 person day every day- that is what I did yestready-(becasue 1 was a cpe two were new  kids  but with t he third sib in t he room and I  see the parents and dad  has a diffuclt scary thing;,three or four or more cried and have lotsa  heartaches; one was new summer only with complex hisotry,  one had something i had no clue about but  he is one of three guys I have  who wears a shirt and tie to work and we talked scything,etcetc)  but if I did ,with yesterdays mix  , 2 medicaid  5 medicare 1 out of network insurance 5 private insuracnes  (astounding for  me!!)   with my overhead, working 48 or so weeks a year 4 long days a week  I could make 130,000.

Dear heavens that would be  wicked nice.I am a littel tired todaybut there were less than 10 or 15 calls  NOT one for refills mostly to make appoointments not one from a pharmacy or prior authorization factory and none since.

This model works  pretty well:) Certailny I feel satisfied on fridays  not  exhuasted waiting for the bell togo off and  let me out on fridays like at other  jobs,If I had just a tad more reimbursment it would be cool and I could be like Brady and get all my ex students to primary care Mylast student  is pregnant Ok she did get married ,and  is delaying match for a year.

if i had more than tad more reimbursmetn I would hire a care cordiantor person and take on more pateitns  I have 841 now probaly 750 or so active so ti is small still.edging to maturity...in MAinejean
