Take your dose at 9pm or 10pm. You do not have to go to bed when you take your

LDN dose. You may find that within 6 months use of LDN your sleep problems are

resolved. I have MS and suffered severe insomnia for years. Now after being on

4.5mg LDN for 2 years I sometimes struggle to stay awake till 10pm. I always

feel rested on LDN. Most people with CFS have to use the full strength LDN dose

of 4.5mg to get results but go ahead and start with the 3.0mg and try to build

up to 4.5mg. Best of luck.

For insomnia if you are in the USA get you some Melatonin at a local healthfood

store. Start with 3mg of Melatonin and take it 25 to 30 minutes before you take

your LDN dose. If you find that after the first night that 3mg of melatonin was

not enough then the next night try 6mg, if not enough try 9mg and up to 15mg if

needed.

I can't remember if it was Dr. Bihari that told me that during a phone

conversation I had with him or if it was Susie Sedlock I learned that from.

Susie is a CFS patient of Dr. Bihari's.
