Guest guest
Hello 'jlbl2l', Interesting confirmation that we do not know what doses of Naltrexone work best in humans. We do need studies to confirm if there are changes in endophine levels with Naltrexone, in people with MS and people without it and which doses are best. Without some basic research we are just guessing at doses and doing experiments on ourselves - like the one you are planning. (please post your observations). It is best to say LDN (or endorphines) are 'immunomodulating' rather than boosting or surpressing the immune system. This is because the immune system is extremely complex with lots of feedback mechanisms which are not understood. The detractors of LDN say it boosts the immune system so must be bad, don't give them incorrect info try to hit LDN with. Kind regards, Mark (Pharmacist from Oxford England with MS using LDN plus other stuff)
