I started to purchase Horizon milk as it was "organic" and it was even conveniently sold at Wal-Mart. It is ultra-pasturized, I know but it was also labelled "organic". I have heard about the controversy with Horizon and anything sold at Wal-Mart is suspect to me so I am looking at other options as I love dairy even though dairy doesn't like me or my family.
