Thanks Jo,

Dern I ordered Solaray-Nutraceutical Corp Emulsifed Dry Vitamin A # 4130 it is the first of 2 Dr K recomended to me in his letter so I thought it was a good one. It cost me $6.29 a month & I ordered enough to get free shipping A years supply so I will have to wait & see if it wioks for me I hate situations like this again DERN!!!

I also have to take Vitamin D3-50 100,000 IU daily for three months then 50,000 IU a day after. I found it on vitalady should I get it from her or Bio-Tech?

as always Thanks for your valuable advice

MikeSomething to look for when you order a DRY vitamin A. Many formula's are not a PURE vitamin A as Retinyl Palmitate. Many formula's mix Beta Carotene with 10,000 iu's of Retinyl Palmitate. (Solaray DRY A is an example of this) You want all Palmitate. The Beta Carotene won't hurt you, the body has to convert it to vitamin A...but there are questions about how much we absorb/convert...some do ok, some do not.Bio-tech's Dry Vitamin A meets the need of pure Dry A as does Vitalady's TENDER Vitamin A brand (which is actually manufactured by bio-tech and is a tiny bit cheaper)You can order it straight from Bio-tech, sometimes you can find it on Amazon and of course Vitalady. The only thing I don't like about Vitalady is her shipping cost...but her Vitamin prices are fair. If you order $300 or more of product then shipping is free. So I will just buy ahead and stockpile what I need, OR, I pool my order with other DSers and

together we exceed the $300...we all win!It is nice to see you posting!HugsJo> Thanks pearl,>  >  I was able to find 25,000 iu caps (2at a time) as you said for $6.71 a month if I ordered 12 bottles which I am going to need anyway Dr K's letter said for me to take 50,000 iu once a day. Is it better to split up the dose?
