Guest guest
Haven't had peripheral neuropathy since read German research showing neuron sprouting with 600 mg for diabetics. Herbalist was surprised and havw recently switched to 200 mg R-Lipoic (Source Naturals, 18.95, 100 mg, 60 tablets) Calcium raises blood pressure. Pregnenolone returns ALL hormones to teenage and stops calcium loss along with many teen advantages! Doesn't raise blood pressure, either. Turmeric tablets or capsules work against inflammation. Takes away my arthritus pain. I use copy of " Prescription for Nutritional Healing; A Practical A-to-Z Reference to Drug-Free Remedies Using Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs & Food Supplements by Phyllis A. Balch, CNC and F. Balch, M.D., 3rd edition (A psoriasis arthritus condition is mentioned as well as need of many essential oils including flaxseed or primrose and vitamins A and D 3 among others. Endorphins are increased with deep breathing and internet research advises both masturbation and chocolate. No comment. 600 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid sprouts neurons or 200 to 300 mg R-Lipoic Acid makes new nerves tingle. Guest guest
Shirley, What type of PN did you have? Was it sensory or motor? Did you have any idea what may have caused it? My dad has tried it before, but I’m not sure what dose. He tried ALA though – not R-Lipoic Acid. Do you have amalgam filings in your teeth? Some people warn that it is not good to take ALA or R-Lipoic Acid if you have amalgams. My dad has lots of them. I’ve ordered ReVia from Mexico for my Dad. I hope to have it by next week so he can start trying LDN. I think he is going to do the homemade liquid form. Thanks, Carol Re: [low dose naltrexone] Peripheral Neuropathy and R-Lipoic Acid and Turmeric Haven't had peripheral neuropathy since read German research showing neuron sprouting with 600 mg for diabetics. Guest guest
it is fine to take ala if you have amalgams. first of all, the metals are removed slowly rather than a invasive chelation process. secondly, his blood sugar will lower, his myelin will hopefully remain intact, and it is much more powerful antioxidant than A, E, C, or E. The pluses outweigh any risks unless there is something I don't know about. you see the mercury has already leaked out into your organs and there are so many other benefits to the ala. it is really a must for ms in my book but my book isn't finished yet!!!! giggle, giggle Kathy RE: [low dose naltrexone] Peripheral Neuropathy and R-Lipoic Acid and Turmeric Shirley, What type of PN did you have?
