For you newbies, a 21 day challenge is a commitment to do something or NOT do something for 21 days in order to make it a habit. Some people do Taebo, some people do any exercise and some avoid a certain food item, etc. I am avoiding alcohol. I LOVE to have a glass of wine or two once or twice a week. I won't stop that, but I need to get out of the habit of automatically ordering a drink in certain situations. I propose that we start brainstorming new challenges to begin at the conclusion of this one. I will be challenging myself to MEASURE the amount of salad dressing I use and to eat no more than one serving of a particular food item in one day (fruit, veggies and sandwich bread excluded). I am a horrible binge eater when something I really love is in the house. I would love to break that habit.
