Guest guest Posted April 18, 2011 Report Share Posted April 18, 2011 Here is what I do: I get dixie cups and line them up, four rows Time how many days I'm preparing. I fill the dixie cups with my doses of vitamins. Using the dixie cups maked filling fast as the tops are open and I can quickly fill. Then I take the dixie cup and pour into a little baggie that is marked with a 1, 2, 3 or 4 to indicate what dose it contains. Then I day a days dosage and put them into a small ziplock bag. So each bag will contain a small baggie of a #1,2,3 and 4. Then I place the supply in a drawer or cabinent that will be dark for storage (some vitamins shouldn't be exposed to light for long periods of time, that is why they come in bottles that you can't see through! Then each day I grab one ziplock. The little baggies fit into my pocket or purse, easy to keep with me through the day. By the end of the day all my bags should be empty and tada, I've been a good complient girl. What do you do?
