According to Wikipedia, necrotizing fasciitis can be caused by several varieties of bacteria:

Streptococcus pyogenes

Staphylococcus aureus

Vibrio vulnificus

Clostridium perfringens

Bacteroides fragilis

Aeromonas hydrophila.

You should be able to find frequencies for all of these guys in the CAFL at http://www.electroherbalism.com/Bioelectronics/FrequenciesandAnecdotes/CAFL.htm

Applying colloidal silver topically could help as well, in my unprofessional opinion.
