I am one that lost 10 pounds within two weeks on the liquid 4.5 Revia

and I pee alot anyhow b/c I drinks tons of water. I figured I lost

the weight from energy and doing more things and working out again but

probably was acting as a diuretic also which I was just putting more

water in. Now I don't need caffeine so I drink bottled water all day

long and figure it's good for me. Our bodies are mostly water too and

need hydration. But I haven't noticed anymore frequency in peeing

since LDN b/c I did that a lot anyhow b/c of drinking water all day

long. I like getting into my size 4's again too but my new clothes

that are size 6 are baggy. I love all the energy!!

Size 4 !!!! WOW!!! I'm not sure I've ever met anyone a size 4 before!!!
