Guest guest
THANKS DONNA !!!!! I needed that one too Carla Re: Question Uses for Various Oils in Soapmaking
Guest guest
Carla, I cut and paste all the time but fear that I did not paste the addresses in some of the oil property sheets I copied. Might I suggest you search the web for aromatherapy oil values or soapmaking oil values, something to that nature. A lot of the sites you go to may be one thing but have a section that has what you are looking for. It takes a long time to research. Hope you get lucky. If you have an oil in mind that you want to know about let me know and I will see what I have printed off and put in my files. Sherry D Re: Question > > > > HI ALL !! Guest guest
Hi Lynn, My husband has changed his diet also. He has also been loosing weight. He is on a mixture of the best bet diet and the swank diet. So far he has not lost too much that we are concerned. Hang in there and keep us posted Aletha [low dose naltrexone] question i'm new to LDN( 3mg) and have been feeling good! but i've lost about 15 lbs in 3 months- which is nice but i don't want to loose any more, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with LDN? i have completely changed my diet also-...so i know that has played a big part in it to..... thanks Lynn
Guest guest
Hey Lynn, Are you taking compounded or making homemade LDN from Revia or Generic and are you taking the Liquid way and which mgs? I was one that once I started the liquid LDN in June lost 10 lbs in a 2-3 weeks. I think a lot of it may be water since mentioned LDN can be like a diruretic but I also had more energy and worked out so both of those helped. I haven't worked out in last two weeks besides walking and got 3 lbs back which is ok but I don't want to be more than 105 so I plan to start back to working out. I was 110 and went down to 100 and didn't want to lose more than that. Was nice to lose a few tho b/c even us little people when we get older get extra flesh in the middle. I didn't change to a drastic diet and always eat low saturated fat and decent foods. Guest guest
Hi Lynn, I started LDN over 2 years ago now. When I started it, I also had changed my diet. I lost about 31 pounds. My husband and brother both told me not to loose anymore weight. They said that I was too skinny. I loved the way that I felt. Now two years later, I still am eating fairly healthy but not as strict as before. I leveled off 10 pounds heavier then two years ago. But it seems that I can eat just about anything and I stay at this weight. I think that LDN plays a big role in my weight. It's a good feeling to not always have to watch what you are eating. I love LDN Good Luck Marie [low dose naltrexone] question i'm new to LDN( 3mg) and have been feeling good! but i've lost about 15 lbs in 3 months- which is nice but i don't want to loose any more, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with LDN? i have completely changed my diet also-...so i know that has played a big part in it to..... thanks Lynn
