either come to the forum and read messages or get the digest form of delivery or

choose for each individual message sent to your email inbox. If you haven't

edited your membership then your preferences are set at this moment to get each

individual message posted here sent to your personal email inbox.

How does one become a member of this group. I can't remember how and I have a friend who would like to read these experiences. Thanks!
