-Re-Benfotiamine, FYI,

I am now taking 150mg/day of Benfo: When I started, I believe I was taking 100mg 2x/day. The dramatic benefits seemed to level out after a bit, (I imagine that the body was probably no longer in such extreme need of it as it was initially?!) -When my initial supply ran out, I tried going without it briefly but soon noticed a deterioration in my energy & so re-ordered, I now intend to stay on it.Personally, I did not do extensive experimentation with dosage, but I believe that last year at least one person on the LDN message board, (probably more) was taking 150mg 4x/day: I didn`t feel the need to go this high, as for me, it seemed to work very effectively pretty much instantly anyway, & also

I haven`t noticed any difference between 100 & 150mg. From my experience, I`m inclined to speculate that for me, perhaps once the body had got past the initial strong need for benfotiamine, (-unike the case with LDN dosage-) the precise dose of benfotiamine

that I need for maintenance may not be not all that critical, so long as I am taking a reasonablly generous dose. Once again it seems to be a case of experimenting for oneself, if one wishes to establish whether or not it is useful & how much to take!

they launched their Benfo-150MB/120 Multi-B Neuropathy Support Formula, so I

am not familiar with this formulation: The one that I am using is the 150mg/120capsules
