Guest guest
Hi , Thank you for your inspiring description of your sustained exercise regimen! It was very helpful........... though I would add that prehaps some of us (-esp.older -eg 60year-olds!) might be wise to avoid getting TOO inspired & then over doing it! (-by greedily & impatiently exerting ourselves excessively & then being disappointed when we find it has been counter productive!!!.......I seem to be a slow learner on this one, tending to alternate between over doing it & under doing it! -NOT very smart!) -Maintaining a wise balance of an appropiate level of exertion seems to be quite a challenge!..............shifting sands.............constantly! Anyway, this description of yours should be helpful to reflect on when the pendulum is at the lazy end of the spectrum! Thanks again, Be Happy!
