Guest guest
They did eventually take the worst of the pain away. Like I told them, Dilaudid is the only thing that has been effective for me with these. I just have a hunch that some junkie out there ruined it for those of us with real problems, as they are hesitant to just give it out off the bat. Thanks! P.S. I wouldn't wish these on my worst enemy either, as I have had something planned for him that makes migraines seem humane ever since he attacked my wife's car (with her in it) 8 years ago. It's a small world, and I am a patient SOB. LOL. Have a good one. Headaches Dear Kirk, I'm so sorry to hear that your headaches haven't subsided and they are still causing you so much pain. I do hope that the ER staff were able to relief your pain. Gosh, there must be something they can do for you. I just can't imagine having migraines or even headaches as often as you have. I suffered from migraines a few years ago and don't wish them on my worse enemy, hmm, well let me think about that one (heeheee). Do take care Kirk, Marilyn Canada ----Original Message Follows---- Last night was a ******* good one, sending me to the ER at 2:00 AM. The damn thing still isn't gone, but it is at a more bearable level. This isn't the way I like to take a day off, but I don't have much of a choice. I love it when they ask "How bad is the pain?" when your one eye is swollen shut and you can barely stand. I figure a bat would give them a much more vivid answer of just how bad the pain is! Guest guest
Hi kirk, Sorry you had to go to the E.R. I always find it annoying when my Rheumatologist has me fill out a "pain" form and it asks how much pain I am in. I don't think we all have the same degree of pain level so that part isn't worth my time of trying to figure it out. Since I've come down with Stills, I've never had a pain free day and I doubt if any of the other patients in the waiting room have either. I wish you less pain.......... Mi.
