Debs:

It is so wonderful to hear from you. I have been praying for you. I realize

you are having memory problems. I am sure that is expected for all you have

been through. I am Colletti. (The member of RA that has a kidney

transplant.) We have talked before by email.

Stay well and hang in there, and I will keep praying for you.

Welcome back, Debs! How great to hear from you!

Please take it slow and easy. No need to keep on top of the mail. You're

busy enough, I'm sure.

I really hope you can go home on February 4th. It's very hard to believe

you have been there that long. We've missed you.

Behave yourself,

Thanks for the attorney info - I'll look into that here in NC. I was

assuming I would find an attorney who would work on a contingency

basis, but I'm still learning about all this, so I could be wrong.

Keep me posted on your legal battle. What insurance do you have? What

was their reason for denial?

Hi,

I began LDN last night, and had stomach problems. Is this normal? Has anyone else had stomach problems when beginning LDN? Will they stop after awhile?

The pharmacy used lactose as the filler, but I am not lactose intolerent. Thanks for the info.

Hi! Good luck with your new treatment.

I had also had some stomach irritation when started, but it was not an

issue. I had a very light, almost unnoticeable pain in my stomach.

Perhaps you should not take naltrexone with a completely empty

stomach. Try eating some yoghurt prior to taking LDN. Yoghurt builds

something like a wall protecting the stomach. If you follow the Swank

diet, you could eat a 2% yoghurt. 0% is not much good for protecting

your stomach.

Are you sure you are not? Have you ever had such a test? If you are

intolerant, yoghurt may only make it even worse, but I don't think

that it is the case. Unfortunately, you have to try it and see. Maybe

using some other filler next time you order LDN.

You may be more lactose intolerant than you think, if this persists ask for

Acidophalus(Asid-off-a-lus) as your filler. It is good for the digestive tract.

Skip's pharmacy does not, Irmat in NY will use Acidophilus if you request it.

Irmat's phone number is listed on the LDN website.
