Guest guest
Hi Arlene, I used 4.5 mg - from august to january - and because of stiffness I used 3.0, for 3 months; the stiffness remained the same and my m.s. got worse. So I decided to use 4.5 mg again. The good " results " in the beginning came back and everything is okee again. So for me/my body 4.5 mg is much better than 3.0 mg. The stiffness remained the same, although there are some days or times the stiffness looks less. I hope that it will be less in time, but I don't know if others had a good experience with the stiffness (in time/later on). Guest guest
I have heard that happening a couple of times. [low dose naltrexone] question on doses Hi all I have a general group question. Have some people taken 3 mg ldn and found they are stiff but moved up to 4.5 and had the stiffness disappear? Thanks for any responses. Regards, Tom I was just wondering b/c I take 4.5, with very little stiffness but seem to remember being quite a bit stiffer on 3. Just trying to remember if that's possible. Guest guest
Arlene, Yes, it is also likely. Di. Bihari advises women to take 4.5 and men to take 3.0 Regards, Tom Re: [low dose naltrexone] question on doses In a message dated 7/18/2005 11:28:50 AM Eastern Daylight Time, tbayuk@... writes: Arlene, It seems that men do better on 3.0 mg. and women on 4.5 mg.
