I know this is bad stuff. Several years ago when I worked, I used to get an orange diet pop everyday at lkeast once from the pop machine. For a long time I had a very low grade headache every day all day.

The pop machine broke and took a couple of days to fix, so I was without my diet soda. The second day I didn't have a headache. When the pop machine was fixed, I got my usual. The headache returned the next day.

I decided to lay off the pop, and when I did the headaches disappeared. I decided to try again about a week later, and the headache returned after ingesting the soda.

Needless to say, I haven't touched aspartame since, and rarely get headaches that last more than a couple of hours.

great message and it is all true!!!! Monsanto knows this and they make billions of dollars on this stuff. don't you love the formaldehyde part? is is hideous but true. no wonder we have messed up immune systems. this is just the tip of the iceberg. one day we are all going to have to raise our own food so we know what we are eating. actually that day is here but who has the time?
