Can you tell me more about this clinical trial? When and where was it

done?

YEs what is this clinical trial that showed high dose naltrexone was

worse. I cannot believe that. How long did the trial take place? They

key is chronic administraion of naltrexone, not acute.

Call the National MS Society and they can tell you all about the trial using

High Dose Naltrexone. I believe the person most knowledgeable about this trial

is the neurologist from Colorado who answers questions in the Nat. MS Soc.

magazines and on the MS Society's website, can't recall his name. He's the one

who has recently started saying there may be something good to LDN for MS but

clinical trials are needed. He for years kept telling everyone that LDN was bad

and dangerous for MS. He's the one who mentioned the HDN trial in one of his

responses on the MS Society website.

What do they mean by high dose - how much do you suppose a high doseage is?
