Guest guest
Bruce, To clarify then: do you take the astragalus at bedtime with the melatonin? I take an astragalus combination during the day for adrenals but maybe I should switch to a single supplement of astragalus at night. Guest guest
I would continue on with what you are doing. The astragalus hangs on in your system like a time released drug, for lack of a better description. The melatonin is used like Naltrexone in that it does its stimulation thing at night. The presence of the astragalus in your body in residual amount is sufficient to synergize with the melatonin.
