Hi Steve, I would suggest cancertutor.com. Webster kher has a button by button

tutorial on these devises. He goes into no stone unturned detail. you'll have to

do allot of reading but in my opinion and many others wiser then I. His site is

one of the best if not the best source of knowledge on the web. good luck
