Hi Joanna,

I would not wish to go against Dr. Bihari's suggestion, but just keep in

mind that there have been many people that have needed to alter their dosage

for different reasons, and I don't believe it has been in line with their

weight or size. My husband is 6'4 " and Dr. Bihari had first put him on

4.5mg. had new areas of tingling and numbness and Dr. Bihari had him

go down to 3mg. No problems since.

In listening to many chatters on LDN, my overall feeling is that most women

do best on 4.5mg and most men do best on 3mg. This is not always true

however, so just try different dosages and see for yourself how you body is

reacting.

Best of luck

Aletha
