Guest guest
If you are interested in lowering cortisol levels. phosphytlserine is one way. Also keep your adrenal glands functioning properly, try to meditate deep breathe and not drink too much coffee. Coffee depletes the adrenals which leads to increased cortisol production. LDN helps regulate the immune system so one would think that it also helps cortisol levels stay in the proper range. DHEA also helps lower cortisol levels- the 7-keto kind is safe. Kathy [low dose naltrexone] cortisol production how does ldn influence cortisol production does anyone know r have any experience with it.__________________________________________________
