Guest guest
Rhonda, is it acetyl-l-carnitine with the alpha lipoic acid? That would explain your increase in energy. It supplies ATP to the mitochondria of the cell membrane so it is a cellular energizer! Kathy [low dose naltrexone] Re: ldn I started with 4.5mgs and that is what I'm still taking.I also found a multi vitamin made for chronic fatigue and fibro and started alpha lipoic acid and just found it with another ingredient and taking that. It's a word I can't spell without the bottle. I wonder if these have lifted the fatigue or maybe more endophins catching up or both together. Also, started back working out b/c I had the energy to do it and motivation back. I can do so much more now when I get home from work and keep going until bedtime. Oh, I also started the homemade liquid LDN recently and was crushing and measuring with 7mm pony bead before. I like the liquid way better but the convenience of a compounded capsule would be better.RhondaRhonda> > > I am so interested in this I cant even explain.
