Guest guest
My husband who was diagnosed with PD a year and a half ago has been on LDN for about 3 months now. We both feel he is the best he has been in quite some time and he has been able to drop from 2 Sinemet down to 1 a day with no decline. He also takes one 5mg of selegeline a day. He started taking DL Phenalalnine (along with the numerous other supplements he's been taking since diagnosis) recently to see if it would help increase his energy levels more and then he is thinking about dropping out that last Sinemet to see if he still needs it or not. In the near future, he is also going to try taking lutimax, but we have learned to try to only make one change at a time to be able evaluate efficacy. I also have PD, MSA actually, and am wondering just about the same as you do, Is this stuff reallly going to help me retain a more normal style of life or am I just going down another long endless road, like most of the brain doctors that I gone to over the past 7 / 8 years. But again it just "MIGHT WORK" and if it does and I passed up the chance to live some sort of a normal syle of life, I'd kick myself in the ass until the end of time. I would rather be dead then just sit by and let life go on with out trying something, hell anything. So I think what we are asking is "IS THERE ANY PD VICTIMNS OUT THRE ON LDN" Please reply (:>) RK
