Went to the surgeon yesterday for a follow up after the op..

everything is progressing great! Couldnt resist getting on the

scales.... since first seeing the surgeon early December have lost

just over 7kgs !!!! ok before I get too excited I realise a lot of

that would be fluid... but hey its 7 kgs less!!!!!

See the dietican on Tuesday for the next phase.

All in all am feeling good!
