Guest guest
The primary reason I recommend people use 1200 mgs coQ10 is for helping damaged DNA. There are a number of studies that were done in the late 80’s through 1999 that showed amounts exceeding 800 mgs help with DNA repair, but over 1600 served little or no purpose. If you feel you are receiving benefit from the greatly increased amount, do it. You may have a physiology that needs that much. However, you would certainly be out of the norm.
