A good mistake while mixing liquid LDN

I think this was a good mistake, while I was pouring my water into a

shot glass to measure, I spilled a tiny bit onto the caplet half I was

getting ready to crush, and the yellow coating disolved, I cleaned it

dry and crushed it, and for the first time my LDN was clean almost

clearly completely disolved, unlike before no matter how mush I

crushed it the shell always left little bits in the mix. I think I

will do it on purpose next time unless someone here has any advice not

to. BTW, still going great third week of use now at 4.5 with lupus

sle and almost all symptons are gone or have stopped. Love this

stuff! Love this board!
