The 3.0mg is usually for men who have MS...they tend to have problems with

stiffness. Some men with MS have been able to tolerate 4.5mg LDN. Trial and

error thing.

Have your dad gradually work up to 4.5mg. Dr. Bihari likes if at all possible

for cancer patients to be taking the stronger dose of 4.5mg. He wanted my mom

on no less than 4.5mg for her breast cancer.
