Guest guest
Be careful about adding too much. This is one of those cases where a little is good and a lot is not so good. That is the reason I recommend the curcumin complex from swanson’s as it has the proper ratio .05% (5 hundredths of one percent) It is a very small amount to gain the synergistic effect desired. Never knew Biopirine had anything to do with pepper . I knew that it enhanced the activity of certain supplements and prescriptions though and I had ordered it as a separate supplement (in the past year). When I read that it was pepper I jumped to the conclusion that I could have saved some money by just using ground pepper. Guess it isn't that simple though. It's a concentration of the active ingredient in pepper ? Thanks once again for some useful information Bruce et al Take care,
