I find there are days when I urinate a lot more often than other days. Then there are days ikt seems a lot less frequent. The reason I asked is b/c when I was looking at the side effects of the 50 mg pill I saw the following, and perhaps some people are super-sensitive and get this same effect at the lower dose. Rare Abdominal or stomach pain (severe); blurred vision or aching, burning, or swollen eyes; chest pain; confusion; discomfort while urinating and/or frequent urination; fever; hallucinations (seeing, hearing, or feeling things that are not there); itching; mental depression or other mood or mental changes; ringing or buzzing in ears; shortness of breath; swelling of face, feet, or lower legs; weight gain

Many lose as much as 10 pounds on LDN.

I don't drink much of anything from 7pm until I take my LDN and I also don't drink anything at all after I take my LDN at 9pm and I don't make very many trips to the toilet at night by doing it this way, sometimes I make no trips to bathroom at all. I take 4.5mg of LDN. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This is my approach too. Sometimes I have to get up once, others not at all. I try to drink mainly water during the day. Sometimes weak tea. I use lots of lemons and limes. Marcie
Guest guest
With all this talk of excess urination, which I suffer from greatly, I thought I'd conduct a little experiment. I skipped my 4.5 ldn last night. Guess what! My usual 3-4 nightly bathroom trips went to ZERO.Hmmmm -- [low dose naltrexone] Re: Excess urination Thanks. You wouldn't think there would be side effects at these very low amts., but...you never know. It's certainly possible that this is the problem.I appreciate the info.> > In a message dated 7/4/2005 1:20:14 PM Eastern Daylight Time, > anagramy@b... writes:> > Seems to be both.> Thanks to those who are replying.> > > > > I find there are days when I urinate a lot more often than other days.
