Guest guest
I wonder if freezing would help. Barb [low dose naltrexone] Question on Revia I called my neuro and they called in the Revia since it seems to work better than the compounded. And get this, they put a year refills. That is 11-12 years worth!!!!! I know meds come with expiration dates but I wonder if they really lose affect and that could be another money making thing. I plan to refill all them monthly and not have to go back to neuro unless symptoms increase. Is there a way to keep the pills good that long? Guest guest
My first thought is that freezing would ADD moisture to the Revia tablets and that would cause problems like a soggy or stale vitamin C. -
Guest guest
I'm not going to email goodshape until I find out if I get refills or not. Yes, I think freezing will cause condensation which wouldn't be good. I called doc office again and got told there is so many messages that they probably haven't got to mine yet. Then missed a call from Dr. F which pissed me off. He said call back and tell how to write the prescription so I did to person answering phone and said he can give refills if he wants. Heee heeee Might be better I didn't talk to him personally. I hope he does write some!! I said to dissolve 50mgs of Revia with 50mls water and take 4.5mgs nightly. And still not totally sure what was going on with all my measuring tools last night. Just wanted to see if they all came out the same. Not even going there again....
