Guest guest
I started at 1.5 AND NOW I'm AT 3.0. IT makes me sleep like a baby and I never started really noticing how much it was helping until around the 3 month marker. you know sometimes it takes a while to get our bodies functioning normal again. It took a while for us to get so distressed and most of the time it takes a while to recover. Just be patient and know you are doing something virtually non-toxic and helpful for your immune system. Halting the progression is improvement in itself as they say it is progressive in nature. Of course I don't believe the specialists anyway but point being is most people do and you deserve to give this a chance to work. I felt worse on LDN before I felt better for the most part. Guest guest
, is there any particular reason you began LDN at 1.5 mg? I know there are people out there who recommend it, but Dr. Bihari, who orginated the treatment, does not. He begins his patients (I am one) at either 3 mg or 4.5 mg., the lower dose when people have experienced spasticity/stiffness.
Guest guest
Carri, No special reason but a lot of people in this site / room seemed to think that was the way to go. Plus my Family Doc. seems to also think that is / was the way for me to start out. Oh by the way I am now on my 5th pill and sleeping like a baby. IN fact last night I never made it to Leno, which is a given every night, woke up this AM feeling like a new man, I wish that were true, but I still felt that like one, never the less. Guest guest
Hi everyone, thank you for this info, very kind of you. I just gor the script from my neuro and will be getting it soon, I hope. Right now I am suffering from motion sickness all of the time, it had started a couple of years ago but when in a car, do you thinkg that I should begin with the 4.5 mg dose? Thanks for your kindness. All my best, Margie >From: " creiaa " <CLANDAU@...> >Reply-low dose naltrexone >low dose naltrexone >Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Am Now Taking LDN >Date: Tue, 05 Jul 2005 01:38:01 -0000 > >, is there any particular reason you began LDN at 1.5 mg?
