Guest guest
An Ms hug can be refered to the sensation of something hugging you rather snugly around your waist.....This can be during an exacerbation, but is most likely at the begginging of one. This also occurs when people with MS push themselves a little to much and you may start to feel a little out of breath, or like it is hard to catch your breath, or like you are being 'hugged' rather tightly. Personally this is a great notification to me that I am pushing myself to do to much......Usually in the heat. I hope this helps --- kathyh300@... wrote: > ? > what do you mean by MShug sys? > Kathyh > __________________________________________________
